This talk will introduce Raman spectroscopy and imaging as powerful, label-free tools for biomedical research. Applications will span breast cancer, leukemia, and osteopetrosis, as well as multimodal approaches combining Raman with MRI or Brillouin microscopy. The seminar will highlight how recent advances are driving translational applications that connect photonics with medicine to improve disease understanding and clinical decision-making.
